The Constitution was revised in 2022  to comply with IRD regulations and to reflect changes in the organisation of AMHS

* Change: Item 4 related to Memebers paying an annual subscription has been superceded. Since 2022 no subscription is  requied to join the Society. 

The earlier Constitution (below)  was adopted at a Special General Meeting of the Auckland Medical History Society on 1 August 2013.
